Special Update – Church Services Beginning June 07

“Hello Mercy Hill family… we cannot wait to gather together
on Sunday, June 7th for worship. We hope this video helps
you to understand what the “new church process” will look
like.
As you walk up to the church buildings… greeters will be
present to open the door for you and welcome you in. To
adhere to guidelines all are asked to refrain from physical
contact… which include hugs, handshakes, and even fist
bumps.
Please make use of the hand sanitizing stations after you
enter the building.
Printed bulletins will no longer be available, but a digital
bulletin can be accessed through the Mercy Hill App.
(Search: Mercyhillfl in the Apple and Google Play store to
download the app)
There will be three worship venues: The Worship Center,
the Annex, and the Large Children’s Classroom. In each
venue the chairs are set up to allow for social distancing,
and we ask that you create a space of 1-2 chairs from
people who are not in your party. Due to these seating
restrictions you must make a reservation on the church
website for a specific service time and venue. This will be
available on Monday, June 1st and every subsequent
Monday until restrictions are lifted.

Please note there are three ways to give your tithes and
offerings.
1. Give online through the website or the app.
2. Send it in the mail or drop it by the office
(address 85520 Miner Rd, Yulee, Fl. 32097)
3. Place it in the offering boxes found in the back of the
Worship Center at the beginning or end of each
service.
*Please note, the offering will not be taken up during the
worship service.
Within fifteen minutes of the conclusion of the service
please exit the building so service crews can sanitize the
venues for the next service.
For the well-being of the congregation, please do not
attend if you or any family members are showing signs of
illness.
Mercy Hill volunteers will be wearing masks (except when
on stage) but masks are optional.”
