Pastor Mike has been the lead pastor of Mercy Hill since March of 2005, but before that he served at churches in Florida and North Carolina.  Pastor Mike is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University as well as Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree. Pastor Mike & his wife Larissa are blessed with six children.

Pastor Dan has served as Associate Pastor of Administration and Students at Mercy Hill since June of 2009. Dan has been in the ministry for 30 years and is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic College. Dan and his wife, Michelle are proud parents to five children.

Pastor Louden has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern State University and his mDiv in Christian Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Ministry. He and his wife Sarah have three sons. </p>

Pastor Nick became the Worship and Missions Pastor in 2016. He is married to his wife, Natalie, and they have 3 children. Pastor Nick is a graduate of The Baptist Universaty of Florida.
